The Kipor Sinemaster 2000 generator is perfect to take camping, take on a job site or out to the backyard; wherever you need a little more power.
It is powerful enough to run a small refrigerator, an electric skillet, a portable heater or microwave oven. Power tools are simple for this little powerhouse.
An
optional spotlight is available on this model.
The generator provides you with a 2000 watt maximum load and a 1600 watt continuous load on a fuel efficient engine. Equipped with the smart-throttle technology, this generator will automatically regulate the amount of power needed.
You can run the generator continuously for three hours on a single tank of fuel. The noise level is much quieter than conventional generators due to its enclosed casing. It tops out at 54 to 59 decibels.
The engine is a single cylinder, air
cooled model with electronic ignition. The generator comes with 12 volt charge cables, and accessory kit containing a bottle of oil and a spark plug. The fuel tank holds a gallon
of unleaded gasoline. It comes with a two year non-commercial warranty or a 1 year commercial warranty.
Owners report that the generator starts with ease. In the words and opinion of one happy customer, "The Kipor is a bit quieter than the Honda....the run time looks to be a bit longer than the Honda."
Another customer/reviewer at Amazon pointed out that he like the "unit weight is lighter" than its competitor Honda.
Of course, many of those who purchased the Kipor 2000 liked the fact that it came in at about $300 less than other generators of similar size and power.
One last Amazon reviewer of the Kipor IG2000 said that it had "plenty of power" and that he felt that he received his "moneys worth".
"A keeper!"
There may be issues in high altitudes and near saltwater with keeping the generator running. Some customers did not have an easy time running
larger power tools with this generator.
It is small, lightweight, and relatively quiet for a generator. It may have issues when used near saltwater or at high elevations.
There is the chance to get a generator that has issues out of the box, as with any company's products. The warranty is a plus, and if you are budget conscious, this model may be worth your consideration.
If you have the extra money
to spend, you may want to consider some of the more established companies.
